Peter Hook (New Order) Show Cancelled | Trumped
Pre-prepped journalism…sometimes will bite you in the ass. I was pretty pumped for the Peter Hook show, so I decided to throw two posts yesterday on the blog. I posted them late Monday night to run Tuesday, because I knew I would be away from my computer for most of the day. i was in the car listening to The Edge when I heard Bookie say, “it’s official, the Peter Hook show has been canceled”
Bollocks. Sitting in my car…away from a computer…knowing that I couldn’t change the posts. Ah well.
Bummer about the show. I know a lot of people that were looking forward to that show.
No official word on why the cancellation. Let me know what you know.

Wasn’t Peter only suppose to be doing a DJ set? If that was the case, even if he was there, it’d be hardly essential. Don’t get me wrong – I’d be interested to hear his DJ selections but it would hardly be the same if he was actually performing.

You might be right, but I was under the impression that he was performing. I agree with you…it’s not as huge if it was a DJ set…
Hi all – he puts on a pretty good DJ show – I’ve seen him before and he’s been to Toronto a couple times already. Cool to see him up there.
